Equestrian Ticket deliveries are guaranteed no later than the day before the event unless stated otherwise, however every effort will be made to deliver Equestrian tickets as early as possible. All Equestrian tickets will be delivered by federal express overnight unless stated otherwise.

Western States Ticket Service will not be responsible for any weather delays, event postponements, event cancellations, lost or stolen Equestrian tickets.
